Two big bowls of cherries from my little 7 year ol Two big bowls of cherries from my little 7 year old Montmorency cherry tree this year! There are a few stragglers still hanging on, but I'm pretty happy with this haul. Just enough to have a couple fun cherry-baking opportunities and plenty still saved for daily smoothies. Did you know cherries help battle inflammation? That's a good thing for me and my wack immune system! Did you also know that trees are wet after a rainstorm? Apparently I didn't. 🤷‍♀️ Worth it!
