It's a lovely (hot!) sunny day in Minnesota and I' It's a lovely (hot!) sunny day in Minnesota and I'm currently knitting my "Zinnia Garden" yarn into a #FloraSweater by @irenelin.knit.

I dyed this yarn at @explorerknits' DIY Dye class this summer - all the way back in June! It's a variant of the neutral colorway: I swapped one of the brown dyes to have a little bit more teal-y blue. The class was run so efficiently and effectively, and the front range of the Rockies were peepin' at me from my dye station. I would do the whole experience again in a heartbeat! The whole EKF team and all of my classmates were the best kind of excited/nerdy energy. It gave me a huge boost of happiness!

And tonight is a big in stock yarn sale... I've got Red Rocks-inspired yarn holding space in my brain, since I experienced that venue for the first time this summer, too. 👀 💸 🧶

Thank you for the opportunity, Ali and team! I hope I can join again in the future.
