Progress Report: 101 Goals in 1001 Days

By the time I realized that I had forgotten to post an update for goals completed/worked on during June, it was mid-July. One thing led to another, and… well, now its August 3rd (almost August 4th, really).

June Progress:

  1. Complete Project 356 again – started 01/01/2013
  2. Put $20 into savings for each completed task on this list, and $50 for each non-completed task
    ($420 due for 21 completed items)
  3. Goal weight: 140lbs.

July Progress:

  1. Home Office Makeover
    (minimum requirements: larger desk, remove unused/old documents/books/etc., task lighting, new desk chair)
  2. Complete Project 356 again – started 01/01/2013
  3. Goal weight: 140lbs.
  4. Finish my Harry Potter: Prisoner of Azkaban-style Ravenclaw house scarf
  5. Learn to crochet

June Complete:

  1. Don’t drink alcohol for a month completed 06/27/2013

Nothing completed during July.

That makes me sound like such a failure, but every time I post these updates, the more I start think about how unrealistic some of my goals are. Maybe they’d be within reach if I had a full five years to complete this list. That’s just the sort of person I know I am. I want to do everything, which leaves very little time for finishing anything.

Or maybe I’ll just blame summer. Summer is always busy in Minnesota since its the only time we have to go outside without worrying so much about jackets and scarves and snowboots and so on and so forth.

I’ll keep chugging on, though. There are some pretty good goals on my list.
