Yum! Tonight Kristi and I discovered that Pizza Luce delivers to us! We got the baked potato pizza and it was gorgeous.

Perhaps, I am the only person who has not heard of a baked potato pizza. However, just what is on the pizza? It sounds interesting, yet scary!
From the description on the delivery menu: “We smother our pizza crust in buttery-garlic baby red mashed potatos and top it with broccolo, fresh-diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese and a sprinkle of smoked apple hickory bacon – served with a side of sour cream.”
It was ridiculously tasty, though not the best pizza for a cold breakfast.
WOW! That does sound awesome and mostly healthy. I’ll have to try the pizza the next time I’m in Pizza Luce. Thanks for the tip.
Yeah, it definetly is a leftover that needs some reheating. ‘Though, I’ve been known to do odder things. š
