the day before my wedding, i canned 3 little pints of whole tomatoes from my garden! i wonder if i’ll be able to get enough tomatoes to do one or two more…

we had a bit of a hotel snafu, so we very thankful for an open room at the oak ridge conference center! and, actually, if i had known this place existed before we were set up with a room there, we would have moved our whole party there. beautiful location, friendly staff.
